Founded in 1998 Advanced Technology International (ATI) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit whose core mission is to lessen the burden of Government through building and leading Research and Development (R&D) collaborations in support of Federal Government clients. We are a pioneer in collaborative R&D management and the first company exclusively focused on building and managing multi-industry consortiums. We have spent over 20 years continually refining our innovative processes and offerings as a consortium manager. Fueled by a community of experts from industry academia and Government we use the power of collaboration to help our government clients rapidly acquire next-generation technologies. A hallmark of ATI-managed collaborations is access to non-traditionals innovative companies that have not traditionally worked with Government due to the complexity of Federal contracting. We vet these innovators teach them how to work with the Government and provide online and in-person forums where they can meet and partner with traditional defense contractors. Over our 20-year history we have successfully designed and operated more than 30 Government-industry-academia R&D collaborations more than 20 of these collaborations are currently active today. This experience has made us a leader in collaboration and consortium management. Our current portfolio includes 13 Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) consortiums three Office of Naval Research (ONR)-led Navy Manufacturing Technology (Navy ManTech) Centers of Excellence (composites metalworking and shipbuilding) two Defense Logistics Agency ManTech Portfolios and the Metals Affordability Initiative (MAI). As a Consortium Manager for both OTA and FAR-based programs ATI complies with full Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). This assures all Government clients that our costs are transparent and are audited every year by the Government. ATI’s team of professionals understands and appreciates the importance of safeguarding our nation’s most precious capabilities. We currently manage several OT consortiums that perform classified R&D and we work closely with the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) every step of the way. Our sustained degree of excellence and innovation in overall security program management implementation and oversight has earned recognition as a prior recipient of the prestigious Cogswell Award. Of the more than 13 300 industry contractors with security clearances the DCSA selects less than one percent annually to receive this award. ATI possesses a Top Secret Facility Clearance and is currently approved for storage/safeguarding of classified materials up to Secret. For several current programs ATI has access to classified information and supports Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) level requirements. Further ATI is able to flow Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification Forms (DD 254s) and collect/disseminate classified information up to Secret in support of classified requirements. ATI also has access to multiple classified meeting spaces including a facility in Falls Church Virginia with meeting spaces cleared up to the Top Secret level that can support anywhere from 5-45 attendees. Our access to cleared venues and currently cleared personnel enables us to immediately support classified events and requirements.Phone
